Piρa Colada Cheesecake
Ingredients:
1 can (15 oz.) of COCO LOPEZ
16 oz. of cheese cream
Ό - ½ cup of MAIZINA AMERICANA
1 can of QUEEN'S BISCUITS of butter
1 jam of FAMOSA PINNAPLE MARMALADES
cinnamon and salt
Procedure:
In saucepan, combine COCO LOPEZ,cream cheese, MAIZINA AMERICANA, salt and cinnamon.
Cook in low heat for 10-15 minutes.
Grind QUEEN'S BISCUITS.
In a glass places a layer of cookies.
Add the mixture of cheesecake in the glass.
Add ½ tsp. FAMOSA MARMALADES.
Decorate with whipped cream and fresh mint.
