Marinated PEAS CRIADA
Ingredients:
2 cans of CHICKEN PEAS CRIADA
1 can (12 oz.) FAMOSA Orange juice
1 cup olives CRIADA
4 oz. of white vinegar
8 oz. olive oil
¼ cup chopped parsley
1/8 cup chopped coriander
¼ cup of red peppers moron CRIADA
Salt and pepper
Procedure:
• Mix CRIADAS PEAS with the FAMOSA Orange juice, the white vinegar and the olive oil.
• Add the olives CRIADA, parsley, coriander, red peppers moron CRIADA, salt and pepper.
• Mix well.
• serves cold along or with your favorite companion.
