Hummus with (Picadillo) Spiced Ground Meat
Ingredients:
2 cans Chick Peas CRIADA
½ - ¾ cup olive oil
¼ cup of lemon juice
2 teeth of garlic
½ cup olives CRIADA
1/8 cup chopped red onion
1 ½ CRIADA sazón
Salt and pepper
chopped parsley
Procedure:
• Cook the chick peas with a little olive oil and half of the lemon juice in an frying pan on low fire.
• Add in a food processor with the rest of the lemon juice, the salt, garlic and the pepper.
• Mix the olives, the onion, the parsley and the CRIADA season in a container.
• Serve hummus in a level plate and place picadillo of olives, the onion and the parsley on top.
• Eat with bread
