Shrimp with Cury (Serves 6)
Ingredients:
2 pounds of fresh shrimps
1 cup of onion
¼ cup of butter or margarine
¼ AMERICANA MAIZINA
2 ½ cusp milk
¾ - COCO LOPEZ
1 tsp. cury
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. jengibre
¼ cup lemon juice
Rice
Procedure:
• Cook onion in butter on frying pan.
• Add AMERICANA MAIZINA.
• Add, little by little, milk and mixes.
• Add COCO LOPEZ, curi, the salt and jengibre.
• Cook on medium fire until it thickens.
• Add the lemon and mixes on low fire for 20 minutes.
• Add the shrimps and cook for 10-15 minutes on medium fire.
• Serve on white rice.
